How a donated WordPress website connected FIP Advocates with more cats and more caregivers.

FIP Advocates & Champions came to us with no digital presence and a big mission: help Canadian cats get emergency treatment for a deadly virus. We donated a full custom WordPress site—designed to guide, inform, and convert.
The Challenge
The team needed a clean, compassionate platform to explain what FIP is, who they help, and how pet owners can access care—fast, in a market filled with misinformation.
The Approach
We mapped an urgent, clear user flow from homepage to help request, designed a site in soothing tones with medical trust signals, and optimized for Canadian-specific FIP queries. Every cat counts, so every click mattered.
We incorporated a quick dosage calculator code to help streamline the questions for administrators, and we utilized real and true stories (including our agency owner’s) of cats who have survived FIP.
